Do you know about Koko the gorilla?
She is a lowland African gorilla was
able to have a significant English vocabulary and signing ability for
a Gorilla. She would do well in the 3rd grade school
system
“1,000 signs and understands about
2,000 English words.”
Her IQ is rated between 45 – 50.
Its believed that her intelligence is
not unique among the Gorilla species but innate.
